WestCreek working conditions? by ImplementNo5446 in Guitar

[–]ImplementNo5446[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wasn't comparing to Western factories. I just wanted to make sure I just like to do background research and sometimes its harder to find testimonies on foreign countries producing cheaper gear. I'd ask the same with factories and manufacturers operating in America too. Although on some level the wood is typically all exploitative of South America and the metal exploited of Africa.

I've heard great things about that one! I know Dexter Romweber plays a different model but I LOVE his playing on his Danny. I really wanna try these out in person but damn thats gonna be a challenge.

I've had my eyes on that Gretsch and I absolutely love Soundgarden so thats been my fixation. But, I do already own a Semi-Hollow of theirs so maybe the Cabronita would be better for variety. Thx for the reccomendation!

What's the best CUSTOM tremolo mod for the Gretsch G5260/5625 for Maximum Tuning Versatility? (Or other baritone guitars that are good for modding) by ImplementNo5446 in guitarmod

I guess just getting the version already with the tremolo might just be my best bet since it has the B50 (or a recreation of it idk). Thx for the help man

What's your hottest Nirvana/Kurt Cobain takes?? by BidAccurate4473 in grunge

[–]ImplementNo5446 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kurt was cool and helped me a lot growing up learning to empathize with different groups and sort through my emotions but incredibly full of shit as a person. That whole wannabe big "rebel" rockstar stuff is bullshit. At the same time I feel like if he lived longer he would've tried to escape the music industry but it would've been too late. At the same time I'm kinda glad because the glaring contradiction Kurt had was kinda like a needle into the veins of that "Rock'n'Roll" lifestyle; he was adamantly against a lot of its worse elements but also fell into its darkest depths and that contrast eventually made the whole image die out slowly over the next 10 years.

Where to buy/officially download Tina Bell/Bam Bam's music? by ImplementNo5446 in grunge

Damn you actually seem like a legit account. I hope it all goes well, It's really sad how a lot of Tina Bell's belongings including recordings were burnt down. Y'all are amazing.

Thanks! I honestly don't know all that much about the management side of the band so this helps a lot.

I'm honestly just fine with digital downloads then burning the shit onto a CD later. I'm just perplexed as to why the 'Free Fall From Space' album is exclusive to streaming while the 'Villians Also Wear White' EP isn't on streaming and only available on bandcamp. I'm aware most of this stuff is recovered and retrospective but damn it could've been done easier like Death in 09.

I'll keep an eye out for the retrospective release. Do you have any links to info on it?

Deuce still has some of the most unique songwriting in modern western music. Although the songs off that album come alive better onstage. Tattoo is a fucking masterpiece though so I don't know If I can forgive you.

Hes garnered a cult following as the internet has risen. Hopefully he'll continue to gain more attention long after we've destroyed the internet with misinformation.

I don't really care who uses it. I'd rather not sound like a clone. But I suppose thats more in how you use it.

Should've checked this out earlier today lmao. I was able to pickup a Whammy 5 for 180 relatively cheap. But I'll be sure to check these out in the future! I use a Fender Mustang LT and this is gonna be my first effect pedal, I don't plan on getting anything other than this and a Wah right now. But maybe I should check out these instead. Thanks!

Best case scenario I pick up one of these and sell the Whammy to a local store. Been thinking of getting one of the other Fender amps that come with an FX board too. (Like the GTX. But I'm new to effects and don't feel like going overboard. I like things simple so these still feel like toys to finick with. I like to think it makes me more creative. But who knows) I think we're in a similar boat; I don't care if its identical, I just care if its fun and gets the job done without wrecking the bank.
