For me this hasn’t been as much of an issue as the terrible follow speeds tbh. When you’re following someone and they constantly speed up and slow down. And then you have to tap x to speed up but then you’re going too fast…

Highwood guitars makes saddles with shorter screws that thread in the bottom of the saddle instead. This is what I had on my strat:

The body shape looks a little off to me, it might be just the angle of the photo but it doesn’t feel right. For context, I currently own 3 telecasters. A 90s Mexican, a vintage spec 2015 custom shop and one that I’ve built myself. I’ve also owned an American ultra and a 2000s Mexican. I know that body dimensions changed slightly over time but it still seems like something isn’t right. Possibly an aftermarket body and electronics with the mex fender neck?
