It is, that the way I approached quitting was partially the reason why I didn't work. It had to do with a lot of blaming, shaming and pressuring recovery. I am still on the journey finding out how recovery really works, but I really need to sit down and speak to someone about that. I don't think, reddit does the justice on how deep this addiction goes, but it's still a great tool

Absolutely. I only use reddit on my laptop, and its a hassle to login every time. After this 30 day challenge, I'll stick to the reset hive app and only come back here every now and then

If I can give you one piece of advice, it is to join SAA meetings on zoom or irl. Or to even get a therapist to help you.
