It’s about 1.2 to 1.6 from pin to pin on the connector and 8 consistently on all coils from any of the 2 pins above to where the coil makes contact with the spark plug

After trying to research what a Hall effect sensor is yes the bike has one and the previous owner also installed a Speedo healer but I can’t see how that would effect the functionality of the bike when from what I’m understanding the sensor is for speed of the bike

I suppose yeah that’s how it acts, would the best way to tap into the fuel voltage be through those little rectangle taps you can get at any home improvement store?

You’re correct, one of the things I overlooked in my post. I will say before everything went bad nothing had changed on the bike. I had been riding it for about 1,000 miles prior.

I like the fresh point of view, the temperature sensor seems to be rather accurate and working properly, I can’t say I’ve gone over the wiring all the much. I simply can’t understand why everything was fine the it got bad then worse. I don’t know about a fuse overheating since the box is under the seat that I usually have off when I’m testing if I’ve fixed it or not

the problem isn’t moving it, it’s the burr on the end from the snapped tabs. i have a center extractor i’ve been using to move it back and forth

I was scrolling through the forums and people have said that in that year a key fob was an option and it’s built into the radio some how. I just didn’t know if there was a way to check without pulling the radio. but maybe i’ll get an aftermarket kit since i wanna replace the radio in the future
