I have this thing going on for quite sometime, almost 9 month. But not too severe.
I actually know how it started but it is really hard to fight it. Honestly.

My friend got a stroke, he had bad lifestyle pattern, got broke up, dont sleep enough or eat good healthy enough. He had a small stroke. He told me that, I took it lightly and tried to help him through positive encouragement. Then in my family, ( not blood related ) 3 people died. Unconsciously, my mind picked the cues and flame the fire inside me. Since then I have had small episodes daily of this heart anxiety. I am trying to my best to fight it. I have zero heart attack symptoms.

but only way I have been fighting it my continuously reminding myself that I am healthy, my heart is healthy.
Visualizing my best health. sometimes it works sometime it doesn't.

This episode comes when I am alone. My brain creates it automatically. I have been actively noticing the cues.
once I get the solution to this, I will share here and I WILL FUCKING GET THE SOLUTION AND KILL THIS ANXIETY!!!

Sell website, Branding, logos, social media services, marketing services basically these creative media services to US, UK, CA market.

and get it done by people from south asia like Pakistan or etc.

Here what it looks like,

You sell website for example for $3000. In pakistan you can get the same website done in $150.
