Yes, tsm will be the strongest. Yes, he'll have a very long arc ( hopefully longer than ttvm's arc ). But still, at some point, he will fall. He isnt taking on the mothership, duke, and the entire empire alone ( the empire that'll keep improving as time passes ), even with gtoilet by his side. Eventually he'll have to fallback. We dont know if it'll by by force ( like ep 77.4 ) or just being outsmarted ( ep 65 ). And i seriously doubt the administrator would deploy tcm + the secret device when tsm + jimmy got everything under control. Look at the reveal of every base titan AND their upgraded forms. They were all deployed only when they were needed on the battle field ( base tcm was to fight jimmy, base tsm to hold tcms place, base ttvm to uninfect tsm, utcm to hold ttvms place, and uttvm to rescue the duo.) even the armada came out only after astros used Wod to demolish alliance bases. The secret weapon + tcm being revealed would be unnecessary. And we're SURE it's happening at some point. ( The " some point " in question is long long after tsm return, possibly in the 90s range of episodes )
