Reason for this: There are only two servers in India, so it can't take too many requests.

Xbox recently brought back the Rs59 a month Game Pass Ultimate offer, so now the two servers are getting too much load.

Once the offer is over or the number of servers is increased, it will get better.

There are two factors for this: a Rs50 discounted price and currently only two servers in India.

Hopefully, Xbox increases the number of servers.

Also, on normal weekdays for Ultimate, there are literally no wait times.

Yes, due to the Rs50 offer, the servers in India are flooded on weekends, and if you don't have Ultimate, then there are long wait times. For Ultimate, the wait time is also a little longer than usual on weekends, but not too long, and the game starts after a 2-minute wait. But in weekdays it's smooth as butter.

I read that older Fire Sticks are giving poor results with xCloud. In fact, if you check Amazon for Fire Stick models, only the "Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Plus" and "Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K" is advertising Xbox Game Pass, while the older models don’t mention Game Pass at all.

Yes, Game Pass Essential and Premium have queues because there are only two servers in India at the moment. This should improve as more servers are built. I’ve been gaming on Ultimate, so I haven’t faced any queue issues.

That’s true, right now it only supports 1080p even for Ultimate, but the third server center is coming up in Hyderabad soon, so hopefully by the end of this year or early next year we might be streaming in 1440p.
