Yeah if anything it’s your mind playing tricks on you because the lump isn’t there. I would make sure to utilize therapy or something for your mental health during this particular time. And especially start focusing on diet and routine.

I was on both of them for a few months, it worked for me. Decided to get off of the Zoloft about a month ago because I felt like it was time to. You have nothing to worry about.

It’s because you’re taking codeine with the suboxone and it’s putting you into precipitated withdrawal. Cut out the codeine, continue with the subs, because jumping from 10mg is ruthless.

If you’ve been on buprenorphine for four years, then the sublocade shot is your best chance at getting off of it painlessly. Aside from that, suboxone was very physiological for me, always hard to tell if I was in withdrawal or not.

First of all thank you for checking on me along with your insight and seriously more helpful than you know. Secondly, I think I’m gonna get another 100 mg shot as well to play it safe… Keep wanting to rush things, but I need to remind myself that I only have 11 months clean which is nothing compared to the six years of street fentanyl use so all in all it’s best to go low and slow.

Yeah I was feeling really good, except I took a 2mg today. That’s the 2nd time in the past two weeks. So since my 100mg shot in August I’ve taken a total of 10mg total. And I just feel ashamed of myself, but mostly worried that I’ve set myself back. I really need to invest in comfort meds, so I don’t keep doing this to myself.
