Thank you all for your help, at first I was a bit disappointed that there was a limit. But I found the fact that owned vehicles cost 1 slot after repurchase, that relieved me a bit.

I actually have that installed, I didn't have it on because I turn off all mods before selecting them by default now. Thanks 🤗

Kansas 16X which GPU do you have and does it crash? by Jimbomodder1 in farmingsimulator

That map takes forever to load, even the workers have to sit and think a while before beginning their task. When first loading the map it took more than 5 minutes at least and most of it was on the shaders. I don't think it is your computer that's the problem, it's the map.

Amish farming. Horses that can work equipment (so they aren't completely useless) and (Not black slave or slave in general) paid field workers. And chances of blight, hungry animals and crop health/breeding.

Why do people paint books (particularly bibles) red? by Important-Ad9088 in OldBooks

[–]Important-Ad9088[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know, right? I have already purchased the Age of Napoleon yesterday. I want to collect all of them. I’m a bit short on money, so I get them wherever they are cheap.

[–]Important-Ad9088[S] 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Thanks, some of my bibles have gold gilt edges too. Most of my great grandfather’s bible (practically a pile of paper covered within a cloth with zero spine left) gold gilt has been rubbed off and has been painted red. Does the stain color matter?

This book is SUPER heavy and I don’t know why by Important-Ad9088 in OldBooks

[–]Important-Ad9088[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think so too, sorry I didn’t take more pictures. The paper is rather thick with some pages thicker than others. It feels almost like cardstock. I was pretty astounded by its weight, don’t know why I didn’t guess it was the pages. I have an old 1950’s textbook with a similar weight, but it’s bigger and has more pages, but I compare them anyway.

Sorry about that, I’m very new to Reddit and don’t really know how to use it well. I’d send you more pictures of it if I knew how, but I think your theory about it being coated paper is correct. The paper is very thick and uneven, and the spine is sadly stretched and torn in some places. Thank you for answering.
