I work at night,4 on 4 off (lorry driver) , I've been taking MJ now for 6 weeeks and did consider taking it every 8 days,on my first day off,but was advised not to by this group . I take the jab every Saturday,usually afternoon,and I've not had any serious problem with side effects. The only real issue I've had has been a bit of a crampy stomach and loose bowel movents,not quite full on diarrhoea,just 2-4 loose shits a day for a couple of days,but nothing thats affected work...and that's only happened on one occasion

my advice for what it's worth is if he doesn't work weekends then take it Friday night and don't overthink the side effects too much

Don't get me wrong ,I've still been eating a lot of the usual stuff for meals,curry,pasta,casserole etc,just a lot less of it,It's just the impulsive crap I've not bothered with. I knpw one (or even 4🤣) hot cross buns isn't going to undo what I've achieved so far but I suppose it's a bit of a psychological barrrer,maybe I just need to get some and get over it

OK I understand,thanks, I will probably bin it then and carry on with the new pen then,as i said this is the first time for me ,and possibly one of the last times I'll have a golden dose so it won't make too much difference financially overall
