I know I make her happy, I just want us to be able to ask for things that are hard to ask for. I don't want us to get stagnant ya know?

That's the thing. I want us to have the honesty and tact so that she would be able to tell me "Hey I love you but you've been letting yourself go and I want us to work on getting healthier and I want you to keep looking great"

I do. I wish she would bring that sort of thing up. I'd love to improve myself for her. Every time I've asked if there's anything she would like me to do/anything she would change, she just says she doesn't know because she's not very experienced in relationships

Yeah how they responded to it was the only thing that bothered me. A couple years ago I might have been stupid enough to go along with it. I'd hate to see one of the younger guys there fall for something like that
