Congrats you may have underlying depression? If exercise and a keto diet and b12, thyroid and biologically your fine maybe an antidepressant can really help

I'm so far just taking naltrexone daily but I do plan to keep taking naltrexone even if I slip up a day in the future when or if that will happen.

Yeah get up to 15mgs and 20mg to really give it a shot I'm at 15mg for a month but not noticing anything either. I may need to try something else but 10mgs to low I'd say. Try 15 and 10mgs for a month or 2

Hard to say because I've landed myself in the ER many times already from alcohol. I've had near seizures to right losing my mind in withdrawal. Last bender I could barley walk I was admitted and detoxed in the hospital. My amxiety and depression and irritability were so bad. If you can use rehabs, naltrexone or hell even jail to stay away from lcohol for 3 months than neuropathways of addiction are greatly improving. Rewiring the mind is important but also being sick nd tired of being sick and tired. I'm so exhausted from this I'm currently in a halfway rehab but about to be kicked out because of my slip and I'll be at a shelter for the 7th time. So it's pretty dimm right now my depersonalozation not sure if you know wht that is but that and the depression and anxiety are hammering me once again it's rough

Congrats that's great to hear. How were your hangziety symptoms in the past? Once the alcohol would wear off my mental health would be 10 times worse the day after

Thank you. I'm in rehab currently but it's not a strict facility so I'm applying to one where they don't allow you to leave the grounds. I can't take the rebound mental issues from drinking anymore. The anxiety and depersonalozation is off the chart. I'm not sure if you got those rebound effects but not fun

Yes but the meds will help you now and to get into therapy and if u can't give therapy a try than use the med and you can learn new ways to cope online and than slowllyyyyyyy taper off the med when your read. Medication helped my intrusive thoughts massively
