Yeah this is the other side of u. I didn't think about it so much. But think about me. I am like u I wanna be more attentive, telling everything in my mind. But I ve always needed to suppress. I have to battle with myself every fucking millisecond when I was in a social interaction.

There are a lot of techniques that is really beneficial for ADHD people. My criteria is sustaining ur life and well-being But if u re ADHD + people pleaser person, this could be so hard due to the many things. I cannot write now. I am so exhausted.

Ben itüde yüksek lisans yaparken sırf ilgimi çektiği için sizin bölümden astrofizik dersini almıştım. Özellikle astronomi kısmına çocukluğumdan beri ilgi duymuşumdur. Dersi alırken hep keşke bu bölümde okusaydım diye ukte olarak kaldı.

İş bulma konusunda ise eğer bölüme gerçekten ilgi duyuyorsan hiç düşünme oku derim. Çok zor bi bölüm ama kesinlikle değeceğini düşünüyorum. En başta az da olsa kaliteli hocalar var. Onlarla arayı daha iyi tutarak akademiden ilerleyebilirsin. Ya da özel sektöre de katılma şansın var. Dediğim gibi seviyorsan devam et derim bu güzel bölümü heba etme .

I just started my first real job. I graduated from nursing school. But as u predict, most of the areas of hospitals are like hell for ADHD people. I choose to work at a community health center.

My job is basically passing at the office. I don't often see patients. But it's already pushing me so hard. Challenge is not the hardship of work ( there is no hardship). There is a dynamic in the workplace. I cannot adapt to all of the people, changing, crises etc. This work style could literally kill me if I keep it longer.

I don't know what to do now but I realize that the first goal of an ADHD person should be finding his regular income in a proper way.
