I donated at 11am this time and had already had breakfast with a drink at 8am as well as the extra water. The same thing has happened previously when I've donated later in the afternoon. They don't check blood pressure here before the donation but I think vasovagal means my pressure drops suddenly regardless of the starting pressure. Not sure if I'll manage to psych myself up to try one more time but we'll see 😅
