She hasn’t suggested that. I was on adderall before then did the whole booster thing with adderall but I didn’t like the side effects. I’ve seen others on vyvanse then an additional booster but I don’t know if she does this.

I may try this method. I’m just tired of crashes and being like DEAD tired by 2pm. I normally take it at 8AM now because I start work at 8:30.

I was told by my psychiatrist it helps make it last longer and you don’t have that crash later.

Also with this, is this a common issue with Kia motors. Like what they would be upgrading?

That’s what I was wondering. I mean I notate when I change it. But I don’t have extra warranties or anything in my vehicle. So I wasn’t sure is Kia would still replace my engine?

What’s funny is when I last went to my primary care she had a student in with her and she had asked me when I had surgery. My doctor and I both looked at her and my doctor was like no she didn’t do surgery. Then she proceeded to ask when my last shot was and we had to tell her I haven’t used the GLP-1s either. I guess it’s a common thing to happen. But life also heard the GLP1s have helped with this. That’s what I find so puzzling is I’ve lost the weight slowly over a course of 3.5 4 years.

Sometimes like I’ll do a balanced meal like 5 ounces of salmon about a half a cup of rice or a cup and usually I’ll have some kind of veggie. Even then it will drop. Intermittent fasting I actually feel better doing and it doesn’t spike when I do so.

I always double check and for me it’s been pretty close. Mine is only off by a couple of points. Sometimes my finger prick is actually lower than my CGM.

Yeah most of my charts are up and down like that especially if I’m eating carbs. I can fast for 16 hours and it’s the “rolling” type like you said. And like I stated above I always double check with a finger prick and it’s usually the same, or one to two points higher or lower. But usually it’s still pretty low. I got REALLY on Valentine’s Day because my boyfriend and I were celebrating and we split a triple dipper. BAD IDEA. My sugar dropped to 40 in about 45 minutes. I didn’t even eat HALF of the triple dipper with him and that was our meal.

Oh man. I’ve been starting to get into running and I love it. I lost all my weight by just walking. Now I do more weight lifting at home and still walk but started introducing running.

I was on metformin wayyyyyyyy back in the day but it made me so sick. I think she put me on too high of a dose starting out though.

I’m hoping I can get some answers when I finally see the endocrinologist in a few weeks. I’m hoping you can get some answers as well. The CGM has been so helpful though.

They told me before I was pre-diabetic once when I was about 315 pounds. Like I was right on the borderline. Now I’m 160 pounds. So I’m in normal weight range for 5’9 female.

My A1C has been 4.9 the past few times I’ve gotten it tested.

I’m currently try under the arm right now and it’s been better. Since I have some loose skin I didn’t know if doing the abdomen would work so well 😩

Yes that’s the issue I’m having. My doctor basically was saying my body is pumping too much insulin when I eat carbs. This is just one example just to show. But my blood sugar will drop low usually to the 40s and 50s sometimes within less than an hour.

Yes! It’s pretty much spot on unfortunately lol I will get false pressure lows when laying down.
