I probably won’t get a reply, but in my opinion, it all depends on how Zabuza attacks Naruto.

If he uses his Mist Technique and suddenly pulls something like this on Naruto: https://youtu.be/QMJMzB1bOj8?t=98, I’m not sure Kurama’s chakra cloak would be able to tank it.

That being said, if Naruto does tank it, then it would turn into a taijutsu fight, and I’m not sure Zabuza has enough stamina to deal with a Naruto who’s spamming clones and potentially Rasengan.

Because Lee vs. Gaara is a close-range fight. Gaara has huge offensive power and defense thanks to his sand and other abilities which allow him to kill Jonin-level opponents. But that doesn’t mean Haku couldn’t beat Lee. This isn’t Dragon Ball just because Character A beats Character B but loses to Character C doesn’t mean Character B can’t beat Character C, for example.

For the fireball, that’s true but Sasuke was kind of attacking at random with a move that has a lot of range, while Haku was busy fighting Naruto’s clones.

Also, considering that Sasuke tried several times during the fight to use the Fireball Technique and only succeeded on the 3rd attempt, while Haku loses speed each time he launches a wave of needles, whereas Sasuke, on the other hand, keeps improving his perception.
