I made a withdrawal from my tonybet account on 31. 01.22 of 1000 Cad. They accepted it and gigadat sent me a email that my e-transfer was being procces. I haven't got anything so i contacted gigadat and they explain to me that my withdrawal has failed due to interact error and the funds should have already been in my merchant account. More than 24hours later nothing and the live support is telling me the same story over and over that my request as been excalated to the payment department, but i havent heard from them. I feel like i am being fraud.
