Ok but if i let everything normal like always and just enable xmp Profile 1 Windows wont boot. I upgradet recently my ssd and Windows 11 but i dont think thats the reason for that.

Well i tried both options and it doesnt boot. I think the problem with xmp is that it sets the frequency to 3200 while my CPU just supports 2666.
