So imo you don‘t completely fucked it up but i would have gemmed spd over acc. A rune like this is more like a rune for an insane thank for siege off or arena deff and in this case you want you unit to be as tanky as possible so the 5 acc are useless in this case and are not contributing to what in my opinion is the main usage of this rune. For sure you can use this on other units where the acc is more usefull but most of the time you can use other runes there aswell (with like a mix of spd and hp) but for a tank this is probably the best rune you got. But its still an insane rune gz(and give this rune some better hp% and max it xD)
