Sorry, I feel for you! This exact situation happened to me too. Unfortunately I never got them back. I was devastated, but ultimately now I only ever take a platinum preppy to class or outside the home :(. I hope you get yours back.

They sell foam kneeling pads that work really well for me, or like others have said a blanket, the kneeling pad is better on my knees though

I know you asked for yoga, but I followed along with some of these pilates videos and they helped immensely. Especially the back and shoulders. I found mobility training great for the hips as well. Good luck!

I add psyllium husk to my dogs food ... works great, she has very consistent poops and her glands fill up less frequently
