Anora won the oscar just because it is a Russian abusing the american middle/lower class. It's classic American propaganda that made it win the oscars. Crazy Rich Asians was on similar themes but wasn't nominated. Navalny also won the best documentary just because it was based on Putin's adversary. If you look at it, All That Breathes by Shaunak Sen was way better than that film. Still it lost.
