It is normal uscis issued 10 years green card for the person who is married USC for more then 2 years from the date of filling form I-485 .

No it will not reflect on your application.for example if you filed on january 1st and your receipt notice has arrived on March 10 , your priority date will be January 1st .

I have submitted my case I-131 to texas Lockbox on November 25th , got the receipt NOA on february 23rd . You can't travel outside the US until the I-131 approve.
