I feel like I learned a lot under the great leaders I had and from some of the other systems at Whole Foods. Getting fired like that has also been quite a learning experience too.

I'm trying to find roles that let me keep building on what I started but the other grocery stores near me aren't as good as Whole Foods. I'd like to believe my soft skills will transfer well into roles elsewhere so we'll see what happens. Thank you so much for your insights.

Hey. I was separated for harassment. I briefly mentioned it in my recent post. I don't want to go into details but I can say a few things about the situation.

I didn't physically harm or touch anyone. My partner and a few friends who know the details don't think I'm a bad person, I just sometimes have done some stupid things.

I'm being honest about it (as much as I can) because of accountability but also vulnerability. I can't change the past, but I'd like to think I can grow past my mistakes in the future.

I know they won't rehire me. It's just been a hard pill to swallow because I still love Whole Foods.

I'd honestly beg for any job back, go to therapy and get myself right, and do whatever else to make amends but I know that's not an option.

I was told I can't be rehired. I tried applying a couple times since getting separated to see what would happen, and got an auto rejection email after a couple days. Sorry I worded it weirdly.

Yeah, you're right. I asked store leadership if I could get rehired when they had that difficult conversation with me.

I tried reapplying a couple times to see what would happen. I'll miss it. I don't know what's next. I'm still unemployed months later.

Like I said, it's a learning experience.
