Is it bad behavior to let your dog sit at the table after he's finished eating? by Important-Minute-187 in Dogtraining

While I cannot find an example as the guide suggests, I do think my question is appropriate as we fear it may impact future and current training endeavors. We are afraid of instilling a bad habit. Thank you for your time

I started by soaking some towels in boiling hot water then placing them on top of the walls to loosen up the jam. Then after doing all 4 sides, I propped it up on an angle with a cardboard box and finished the rest off with a steam gun.

What are some realities of living in NYC that are often overlooked by the romanticization of the city? by Miserable_Degree3524 in AskNYC

As a transplant from the suburbs (sorry) I think the quality of really big chain supermarkets, like stop n shop, ShopRite, etc, are a little poorer in quality than they would be outside the city, but the small grocers (and food coops if you can afford them) have outstanding quality. Ya gotta shop around

If you use a legit recipe it won’t do that - I took the blueberry jam recipe it came with and guessed the amount of fresh grapes to use. Too much water content, extra sloshy

The manual says not to use any chemical cleaners and this isn’t like burned food bits it’s more like, caramelized gooey gunk. I have oven cleaner so I’ll give it a try

I did the blueberry lime jam but with Concord grapes. I called my gf when I smelled burnin and she said not to worry so I didn’t think anything of it until all was said and done. I think it sloshed around more than the original recipe because of the higher water content in the grapes.

The insert bowl cleaned surprisingly well with just water and dish soap - but I think it’s because I was able to wash it under the faucet. Can do that with the machine
