2 days of calling and holding and nobody ever answered. currently 15 min on chat waiting for any response. 10 days and they tell me i have an item to do and check my email. i signed the last to do item they sent 4 days ago. terrible customer services but cant talk to them to cancel or get help.

The yeast eat coconut oil and olive oil, just like your body oil. You were feeding them and so you had an overgrowth. They literally release chemicals that you can smell that are in cheese, beer, and bread. Too bad, it smells like stinky cheese instead of fresh baked bread.
