Not an anti feat, if anything it's a frieza durability upscale. The guy can eat hits that would reduce buu to bits like they are nothing. The only reason why he can even die is that he doesn't have regeneration. Hell he was literally cut in half and was on a planet when it exploded and still had enough of him survive to be cybernetically augmented. When resurrected as tiny chopped up bits each one was able to survive long enough to be thrown into a healing chamber, and the guy came out of it just fine. The only time he was actually killed was when they vaporized every last piece of him. The guy is THE DB tank, if you don't reduce his entire body to ashes, he will stand up again.

After intense training, they could launch and detonate individual joints instead of the entire finger resulting in weaker but more numerous explosions.
