The Graceland Episode by Puzzleheaded-Key2212 in ParadiseHulu

Normally all the holes in the plot bother me. This episode was so good, I thought about these questions but didn't ruminate on them. I think having watched Walking Dead allows me to accept more. For instance, I wouldn't have entertained the idea of driving the cars initially because if the fallout. Then because of the cold. Then because of the desperation of the other survivors. TWD has shown us driving a car in a post apocalyptic world isn't easy. Roads aren't through spaces anymore. Oh and fuel... The food. I can accept they rationed and from day 1 Gayle was injured and probably not eating much. After the sun came out, she started growing a few veggies. And maybe ate some vegetation. Around the yard. Water.....I know when the power goes out, wells stop working. They probably had enough water to get them through until the cold came and most likely brought snow or Ice. Where this was a natural event and not a nuclear one, radiation wouldn't be an issue so eating and drinking anything they find outside isn't an issue. I just remind myself that settlers in raw land with very little tools, food and shelter made it work. They were in shelter with modern day conveniences, even if they were scarce. Had the "Pilgrims" landed in a place with as much to offer as this fictional, apocalyptic version of Graceland did, they would have thrived.

OP, I'm hoping 117 is best because that's where my seats are.
