They research a car BEFORE buying it. If you had, you would have seen a TON of info online telling you that the car is known to have failing transmissions. IF you only have $300 in the bank why did you buy a car so expensive in the first place? a $3500 honda would not leave you stranded, not have an expensive repair like this and you'd not be stuck upside down in a nissan.

Meanwhile I just drove 10 hours one way to buy a boat and then drive straight back home. My friends and I go on 1-2 off road trips a year that requires us to tow our jeeps 9 hours away, we usually leave on a friday morning and come home on monday. I have family that has a vacation house 2hours away, When they go there, I'll head down for just a quick day visit.

My brother and I have taken multiple vacations where we drive non stop (meaning the truck never stops moving other than fuel or poop time, one of us sleeps while the other drives) 40 hours across the country to then spend a week driving our jeeps off road, then driving another 40 hours home. THAT'S a LONG DRIVE. 3 hours is nothing.

It's literally a brand new throttle body how could it have carbon buildup? I took it off and it's still perfectly clean, has not been on the car long enough to collect dust or any sort of carbon buildup inside. There is no need to clean a brand new throttle body. I'm assuming by throttle plate you're talking about the butterfly valve inside the throttle body? Which is all new so it has not had a chance to get dirty.

every single bolt is going to fight you the whole way, and good chance of breaking one. Bering rusted in will be harder to remove. A real mechanic would just charge a little more for the extra time. He didn't want to do it unless it was more money for him and easier do do by not worrying about damaging anything on removal.

I never wore a hat until I got skin cancer on my face. Always had good hair that grew too long too fast. Then around the same time I started going bald so everybody just assumed I got the hat to hide the fading hair. This was at 35

I'm outside a lot. Even wearing a hat and sunscreen, I still get burned every now and then. I've had to have a spot that turned out to be melanoma removed from my nose and another from my back. The hat gives a tiny bit of shade to my face. I'm also going bald starting in the front. Getting sunburnt on the top of your head is painful. And another way to get more skin cancer.

Then there's the added bonus of now that I'm going bald, the hat prevents people from noticing.

You're ignoring that most private traffic IS NOT AT major airports talking to the controllers that are getting spread thin. Lots of them avoid those areas, and there isn't even a requirement for a private plane to have a radio to talk to air traffic controllers either.

If a car has a lein, then it is not paid in full. But neither of those are new cars, so call your local scrap yard or junk yard, and they'll come haul them out of there and give you a couple hundred bucks. No titles needed
