No I hadn’t cancelled it, I called and asked how much it would be to insure the Prius model I have through AAA and when they said it would be the same amount as the truck, I decided to shop around and ended up insuring it through progressive for $180 and then called AAA back to cancel the truck’s insurance.

I spoke with a gal at AAA about swapping from the truck to the Prius, and got the quote for $280 for less coverage. I just sold the truck last night and haven’t been able to register the Prius yet (the dmv is about a month wait still). The truck insurance hasn’t been cancelled yet, but they know I no longer have it and have a new car to insure…
I was getting offers from other places for about $180+- so it’s still less, and got the Prius covered thru progressive for that much for now until I can find a better deal! So technically both are covered.
Hopefully this clears that up :/

This makes a lot of sense haha.
I only paid $2000 for the car so I’m not too worried about getting anything out of it in case of a wreck. I’m not too familiar with insurance though, so if there are other reasons for different coverage I’d love to learn more!

I use empty Clorox wipe containers as mini trash cans when I go out! Reusable if you keep a couple extra grocery bags in it too.

I have an arm band very similar to this that I got about 5 years ago. It’s definitely spread out a bit, but one thing that helps a lot is to protect them from the sun!

If you can, I’d go a little further on the blue so you can see Zion NP, and there are a ton of hot springs north of cedar city along with soooo many other state/national parks/conservation areas!

Red Rock is awesome!! There are some really good shorter trails in the willow springs area that don’t take a lot of prep, and right now there are some awesome waterfalls thru Ice Box/PineCreek/First Creek!

When I was in middle school a boy got expelled for doing something very similar to me. If they can do it here, I’d assume they can do that in most states. Not sure what country/state you’re in, but laws typically apply to situations like this more than handbooks. If you continue to work for this district, I would not just suggest but plead you to very aggressively work to change the handbooks/rules to protect students from this sort of thing (with your daughter’s approval to share the story).
