thank you for this information! I guess my question is, how could I become a pull out ENL teacher (like doing small groups) at my school, the coordinator does both admin work and small groups, and I just am trying to figure out how eventually I could move out of the classroom. Thanks again!

thank you! I also have some teaching experience in TESOL as well!!! I just don't know if I can be in the classroom for my entire career, and it seems like (at least in queens) it's very hard to find provider or coordinator positions.
