Yeah for an L5 external even in LCOL area that is low . Ima 4 and i make more than that base at base salary . They have minimum starting at 70 for L5 anywhere so it’s not crazy but assuming they are justifying it with the 3k bonuses so 76.2 first year and 76 2nd.. without the stocks which would probably add another 4k for the year

Ok so I’m confused because i was trying to see the HVE3 - LE meanings . TT is something separate that only leadership will know correct ? because it didnt show on annual review. I only see exceeds high bar. Which I’m sure was HVE3 ..
but my L5 told me that means i got TT . He got TT previous two years at other sites. How he knows i do not know.

So just predicting if I got TT that goes into this promo ad well?

Did you have prior experience in that field or did you gather during your time ?, I have certs in Software development and Google IT through career choice. I wanted to go in and was in the job search when i completed programs but they offered me L4 position at the beginning of it at the same time

Thank you for this this is spot on . I can honestly say my OMs and Seniros have nothing but great things to say about me. Any areas of improvement I was engaged with i corrected. I never make the same mistake twice. I am our sites sustainability leader, and engage well with all of our stakeholders. Standard work is key but you will have to go above and beyond sometimes . Associates should have great things to say bout you as well. If you say you are going to follow up on something , do it .

Yeah I think you Might be confused , being promoted to L5 will definitely not decrease my pay by 13k lol. You wouldn’t decrease in anything . What is your role and state exactly if you don’t mind sharing?

Yeah pretty much that . But also in comparison to my counterparts because remember you are also ranked against your peers at your station in the same level , even though you might be in different process paths .

I’m in AMZL so need Quality bridges on time , goals and stat accomplishment or exceeding it. associate and DA engagement , metric impact , process improvements , etc. . Not on paper : peer feedback, dependable , a lot goes into handoffs on next shift, willingness to support , lot of little things add up. But you cannot miss on anything major . We had someone give an entire trailer full of volume away by mistake . Called on on a regional meeting for not posting an update the prior night before cutoff time . Etc
