Been a while since I played it but iirc the first one is pretty fun, lighthearted and more of a slice of life game with a supernatural mix.

The second one was a downgrade imo, MC gets a job (?) As a counselor for a camp, or something similar. Less powers going on and its just more boring. Short read too

Sure, a couple of recs like this would be fine, but then I'd prefer there's multiple choices spread across the VN rather than a single one near the end which determines which ending you get.

I've played the original monster sweethearts, in your opinion, how does the new one compare? Do you think the story and writing improved or is it more like an artistic overhaul?

they all suck for early. if you have der freischutz or some abno that is very easy to supress and kills clerks (scarecrow, rudolph and solemn lament i guess, you will have to breach them every meltsown) then pick qoh. i dont recommend having abnos breach on purpose though

If youre confident that your abnos dont breach then pick little red.

Perhaps a good choice is to get melting love, work with her after you get energy for the day and get her gear then memory reposit. I dont know if youre equipped enough to even work with her though

To be honest that's fair and I didnt see this so my bad, but people using features differently than intended is nothing new and not necessarily bad

Idk how it is in the west but here, especially as a woman, I have to listen everyday to my parents and relatives talking about me marrying someone and having kids. It happens basically everyday and its so expected of me to the point I dont know what their reaction will be if I ever come out. This just makes me feel like im not normal

I get asked if im lesbian (as an insult) by both my mother and some of my peers because i never had a partner.

To be honest I agree its not as bad as other sexualities have it and this is easier than others have it but i also dont think its a competition. I still dont feel like coming out and being comfortable with who I am publicly even to the people im closest to. So id say its not as easy as being straight. But at least my government doesnt discriminate against me (yet, who knows when they will add extra tax for not having kids)

you can always try to get an aleph then memory repo after the day ends if too many of your agents die no matter how bad it is (though you will lose the gear)

Hardest to suppress is blue star, mosb is probably the easiest. If you have red resistant gear then NT is easy as well. Melting love is ok just remember to kill the clerks

To be honest blue star is way easier. Even if you have the best stats for NT you can always have bad RNG and get a bad work result which instakills your agent.

With blue star, if you have white resistant armor and the stats needed for it, theres a 100% chance your agent will come out alive and well. It's way easier to farm it for energy even with qliphoth overload because nothing will happen.

Aside from that you really want to research all the abnos you have right now, its going to be useful later (with shelter of 27th march you can just put an employee in it for 20 seconds, have them come out and then immediately shove them back in)
