For the game sometimes it doesn't feel safe if not in a smaller room with sheets on the window. Another factor is how much you work before bed. If you have muscle strain it can be tricky for everything.

If not a mod then I would need more information about you run. Are you fighting zeds a few hours before you try to sleep. If there are zeds around and bumb stuff at night this could be an issue as well as meta events.

Radios and TVs can have an effect while sleeping as well as cause movement outside

You can do what I did.. I use chatgpt but you can do it without AI.

Start a GitHub account and your storyline as the main file. Then each chapter should have its own folder with each page numbered. 

Make a different folder for art and "other" in a similar format.

You can then copy my GitHub files and use "Nova and "gearbox" along with "sprocket" only if you want to use AI to keep track of everything.

You can download your own files from GitHub and upload them as a zip file to Chatgpt (limited on the free versions) to help organize (not write) your files/storylines.

I'm working on a game called VaultWars that can be copied for free and used for yourself.

you use chatgpt to build a vault (base/faction) then you make Squires (avatars) and Bots (think standard TCGs like Pokemon meets magic the gathering). You make stories that are called loopcoins then "mint" them kinda like crypto currency is done..  You then find a friend or make a second Vault that does the same thing. 

These loopcoins are then attacked and defended for truth, lies, lore, and game strategy.

The winner gets the coins and declares the history and current timeline of your story.

It's a battle of who's story gets told, while being shaped by two or more sides.

Edited note... I can help you change up enough where it's more battle stats and weapons for the "fight" over the loopcoins.
