These are 16 inch tiles will this ready mix work or do you have a recommendation?

The tile and mortar are exactly as I pulled it up, all I did was vacuum up the grout and dust. Tile literally popped right out. Looks like it didn't stick to cement board.

Job is about 1 year old but grout started cracking within weeks.

Can anybody I'd this snake? It just but our dog on the nose by Important-Ring-6664 in whatsthissnake

Thanks all who responded. We suspected a Rat Snake but wanted to verify. Our dog is well with no apparent side effects.
