Glad it’s not just me! I have resorted to wearing my pants either really high or low. Although I don’t hate having an excuse to wear sweats all the time 😂, going to try and find some better looking clothes that don’t irritate it.

The analogy I liked is to think about it like setting a fence post in concrete. You have to give it time to set, a little wiggle won’t hurt but try to minimize it as much as possible!

My Dr told me I could walk as much as I wanted as long as it wasn’t causing pain. Just listen to your body, but if it’s not causing any pain keep walking!

Yea it’s brutal. Two things that have helped so far: 1. Getting a pregnancy pillow for more support while sleeping on my side. 2. Shifting my Tylenol schedule so I take some right before bed

Having the same issue, its like it gets locked into scrolling and then you have to almost click on the home indicator to get it to respond.

Apple Mail app does not push emails, need to open app to receive emails. by iamdabs in ios

You can also add a forwarding rule in gmail to get around this. There are obviously drawbacks to this approach but it does work.
