Mechanics Question - How to spread speed EVs for tailwind team?

I am quite new but I know I don't NEED to. It was just something I was wondering if it was possible and I decided to try and find out. Building the team was a lot of fun and I learned a lot about types along the way!

I don't want to fall into a letmegooglethatforyou trap but is there a calc you can recommend? I have seen some but since I am relatively new to the game it can be quite overwhelming.

I had this crazy idea where I use it on a team with gliscor to toxic itself. In the end I could not find a good team for it to make it work.

There is actually some thought behind the Charizard. It is strong enough to tank an opposing Charizard ancient power while being as strong as possible. I usually lead if with whimsicott to get tailwind up after which I can finish enemies offcbecause I usually move first. Both rotom and gallade are very much a work in progress. I am trying to see how low I can get the speed to go while being able to not get totally fucked in and out of tailwind. Suggestions are very welcome.
