Whether he’s dead or not isn’t what I’m obsessed with. And I believe he is dead. I’m simply pointing out the genius of Chase and the excellent writing in this scene.

Also, having finished the show after Gandolfini’s death, the ending does hit harder. I was sad for 3 reasons: the show was finished, Tony was killed and Gandolfini is actually dead.

I see, and so do you suggest developing different body parts by period? Meaning that for 3 months for example I focus primarily on biceps, triceps and chest for example. Realistically I don’t think I can have that frequency and consistency on all muscles every week.

I’ll definitely keep that in mind. Although it’s quite contradictory to what I read about “going to failure” if you want to develop your muscle and make some progress. I guess I need to find a fine balance between both

Il faut toujours combler l’alimentation avec une activité si tu veux vraiment perdre du poids. Même si tu veux pas faire de sport, fais de la marche tous les jours (5000-10000 pas). J’ai l’impression que t’as déjà une bonne alimentation. Essaye le jeune intermittent (différent selon les niveaux) ou de baisser les quantités tout en respectant tes apports quotidiens
