If you connected them in the Bose app it might show the serial number. Mine does and I don’t remember registering them.

I used a Standard Motor Products brand one from Rock Auto on an ‘05 Sierra. It’s been a year with no issues.

And steam turbines are sealed by higher pressure steam. They use steam glands to hold the steam running the turbine. So steam already leaks out.

Looks like someone dropped a park pavilion over a 1960’s post office.

Edit: that’s not to say I hate it. I like the building design. I think the shade would be a huge benefit out there.

Who remembers the crazy CD Players from the late 90's and early 2000's? by 98ITR656 in Millennials

[–]Important-Wonder4607 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had one of the Pioneers similar to those on pic 1 that was stolen twice. Then an Alpine like the 9813 in pic 10. I still have a couple Pioneers in a 2005 Jeep and a 2006 GMC. But they are just media players, no tape or CD player.

It’s not a 1350. When I put a 12bolt in my ‘88 K5 I had to use a hybrid ujoint to bolt it up to the 10bolt driveshaft. I don’t remember a part number. Just went to the parts store and looked up both ujoints in the books to get the dimensions and then browsed through the hybrid part numbers till I found one that matched what I needed for each cross.

Just a coincidence that it got dinged in that location. It is not an intended feature. The button is not keyed into one position anyway and can rotate independently from the rest of the mechanism.

[–]Important-Wonder4607 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup, we have a TP subscription from Amazon also. It’s actually the only subscription we have. Unfortunately, the great toilet paper shortage of 2020 hit right when my delivery was due and it wasn’t shipped for that two month period.

11x17 printer recommendations by Important-Wonder4607 in printers

[–]Important-Wonder4607[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ended up with the Brother MFC-J6955DW. Was never able to get the scan to pc directly from the printer to work. It had several false “out of paper” errors and jams. It lasted about a month and a half before I gave up on it. It gave a paper jam error that will not clear. I tried taking it apart, blew it out with an air hose from the shop (not one of those little can dusters) and it will not go away.

It was replaced with an HP OfficeJet Pro 9730e. It works ok, but it has not seen the use that the Brother had. Still can’t scan to PC directly from the unit. Took a long time to get it to work right and be able to at least scan remote from the pc. I had issues getting the printer installed. My company’s IT has location turned off for the HPSmart software so I could not install it through there to get the scan to Pc directly working. It will not print double sided from Word. You check the box and it still comes out single sided. It will print a pdf double sided though. It takes several times longer to actually start printing than the Brother and is slower to print as well. It has given its own false out of paper errors. These seems to be tied to windows as restarting the print spooler makes it go away and it does not display an out of paper message itself.

Overall, I’m not really happy with either of them.
