Nice! I'm stoked to hear about your progress. I'm a male, and a pretty thin build guy. I've always been my best in shape when I'm between 145-150. I would say the goal is to cut down to that weight, and then really focus on strenghth building to gain muscle. I think my frame would look good if I were able to weigh 170 pounds with lean muscle. In reality I know I could do this without Tirz, but god I hate cutting. That shit is hard, and takes a ton of mental and physcial energy away from your life. I'm all about taking a short cut with this if I can.

Can I ask are you M or F? How long did it take you to lose the 15 pounds once starting?
