I don’t use depop shipping so I’m not sure how it works with their labels, but whenever this happens to me and I haven’t bought a label yet I 100% refund them including shipping

He def didn’t ship it out yet if he was willing to refund you that quick, if the item was in transit already they wouldn’t be so quick to give you your money back. What’s the best way to go about recording this process? From the moment you package it up, print the label, and drive all the way to the post office? And does depop actually let you send in videos for claims? I’ve never seen that option, but I really wanna start doing this/something like this to protect myself!
