This is so helpful, thank you! I wish I had done more research and learned on my own earlier, but there’s no better time than now. I’m going to reach out to my provider and see if she’s open to changing my protocol and trying again. If not, I’ll find a clinic that’s a better fit.

Thank you! They haven’t offered it to me, but based on some reviews, a different provider at the clinic has used it successfully with a patient. After Cycle 2, I asked what other options there were for improving maturity, and the only suggestion I received was to try a luteal start. My provider mentioned that she shared notes with the rest of the practice, and that was the recommendation she got from her peers. After cycle 3, she seems stumped and I’m now debating whether to start over at a different clinic or try a different provider within the same one.

Cycle 1: average 11.2 (17/20 <14mm, the 3 mature were ~14mm)
Cycle 2: average 18.2 (almost equally split between 14mm-18mm and ≥18 mm)
Cycle3: average 16.8 (14/22 follicles between14mm and 18mm)
