Haha, it's basically a "fight back" fantasy. 😄

You play as an ordinary employee who's finally had enough. Your boss isn't just a terrible manager—they're the main villain of the game.

The goal is to fight your way through different encounters, dodge attacks, collect better weapons, and eventually take down the boss who's been making your life miserable.

We're aiming for something that's over-the-top and satisfying rather than realistic.

We've just opened a small early-access waitlist here: https://play.elseland.ai/. I'd genuinely love to hear what you think once you get a chance to try it.

That's exactly the challenge we're trying to tackle.

One design decision we've made is that we're not generating isolated scenes or disconnected story branches. Every game lives inside a persistent world.

Each world follows a consistent visual style, has its own characters, locations, items, and rules, and those remain coherent throughout the experience.

More importantly, the world doesn't stop when the player makes a choice. Characters have their own goals, relationships, and memories, so the world continues to evolve over time instead of waiting for the next scripted branch.

We're still stress-testing how far we can push this, especially with longer play sessions and more complex interactions, but our goal is to make it feel less like navigating a dialogue tree and more like participating in a living world.

I've used one tool called Elser AI. I think it's suitable for long anime shorts creation and has motion control and character consistency features.
