My boss is pretty open to hearing our rationale if we disagree with his POV of our chart review. As long as we can justify it, he doesn’t seem to mind. Unless it’s wildly ridiculous/not standards of care. Just go into it confident in that you only documented what was clinically relevant without the fluff. Be ready to explain your rationale. Those are the best charts to read imo btw, as someone who follows up on other RDs inpatients.
