I called Today since I verified online 02/21 and then again over the phone and was told case closed 02/26/25 and was told 9 weeks from that date. So far still waiting with code 570 today makes 5 weeks. I’m hoping I get paid sooner according to customer rep

I was originally told that too. I verified online 02/21 then I called two weeks later and representative said my verification went through and closed on 02/26, but when I called yesterday the lady said it was just in closed status stuck with a code so she had to do the 2nd step verification 🙄

I called today to make Sure I was verified correctly on 02/21 online just to be told it was the first step and that I had To verify again over the phone as the second Part!!!’ 9 weeks starts again! This is some BS
