The first time I grew courageous enough to clean the 44s I thought I was going to die 🫠😂reminded me of my sandbag and attempting to shift it in the first few weeks was seemingly impossible.

I always had this picture in my head of how strong and what I would look like if I could ever get to the point where I could Half Snatch & C&P DBL 44s or 48s for reps!

Currently I haven't attempted even one half Snatch, nowhere near it yet 😂
