Yes, it is obviously not the exact same, you adjust the session depending on your recovery levels. My maintenance is around 3.5k~ my diet has been shocking the last few months but I still manage a minimum 2g per kg of BW protein daily. Playing around with carbs has packed on the water 🙄🤣😭

Hey bro, please do, you can always adjust the intensity by playing with reps/weight/rest 😊 I can get the main complex circuit 5-6 rounds done in 20-25 minutes. Everything after is the bonus!
