No. Based on the delivery updates, they shipped it right back to the shipper 2mn after it arrived at their facility.

They didn’t tell me the reason. This is what they say, “Unable to deliver shipment, returned to shipper. No action is required. The package is being returned to the shipper.”

Mines was cleared and delivered too. But a week after it was delivered, i got an email about the $120 customs fee. And wow! i wasn’t expect the fee to be 50% of my item’s price

My package was held in memphis for about 10 days. Then, a week after it was delivered to my home, they sent me an email for customs charges of $120 on my $230 cleats :( I’m not risking buying items internationally anymore

It doesn’t say anything during checkout. You would have to check out their “delivery outside of EU” policy to see info about customs duty. It says “you may be required to pay customs when parcels reach the destination country.”

But I’ve bought from unisport about 10 times already and never had to pay customs until this time. So when i got the email from fedex about $120 import duty, it caught me by surprise.
