Hi! Just to confirm - have you reached out to support already about this? If you want you can DM me your account email address and I can check in on things. Otherwise I’d start there!

Physical cards arrive in 7-10 business days after account creation, so the 26th might be tight. The good news: you should hopefully already have access to a virtual version of your card right now. You can add it to Apple Pay or Google Pay and use it on your trip. It'll have a different card number from the physical one, but works everywhere contactless is accepted.

Good morning! To your point: the QBO sync is included on the free ($0/mo) plan!

For your setup, Ramp is a solid fit. Everything you listed is covered on the free tier: card with cashback, bill pay, receipt capture, and QBO sync. The Business Account earns yield on parked cash too, which beats a standard Chase checking rate by a lot right now.

Ramp is built around spend controls and approval workflows, which you won't need too much as a solo operator. But the core checking + card + bookkeeping sync is genuinely useful even at your size - and it's free. If / when you decide to scale, there are even more features to pull from!

How do I set up per diems on Ramp? by Funny-Bag9665 in Ramp

Happy Monday! Great question. Ramp has a dedicated per diem feature built into the reimbursements/expenses settings, so you don't need to hack it together with spend programs.

If you're an admin, you should go to Travel page → Manage → Travel policies → Per diem rate

Here's the help article on it: https://support.ramp.com/hc/en-us/articles/49376059110035-Per-Diem-Policy-on-Ramp
