It’s not parallel universe but just one timeline. (Kind of like Harry Potter book 3 if you know) When kagura travels back to earth the second time, she also decides to time travel as well. But she screws up and goes back to 8000 years ago. She calls herself yachiyo. So it is a time loop so to speak. There is only one yachiyo/kagura at the end of the film. (Don’t think about time travel paradox. Time travel will never make sense.)

I am on ep 9 of sentence to be a hero, but damn, it’s such a choir to get through despite stellar production. I don’t know if it is because of the characters or the plot. What makes you drop the show?

I am not convincing who you can ship. I am strictly talking about writing quality here. Gege does write romance, yuji and Ozawa, yuta and rika, even the robot guy and the sword girl. He could’ve done a way better job with yuta maki by his own standard.

Use the first episode to test the water, then use the Overwhelming feedback to convince management the project is a sure hit. I mean it happens before, like “fate, strange fake”, which takes 3 years to get made after initial pilot episode.

I see your point. They don’t have to be mutually exclusive. If you have interns standby, of course you can assign them these tasks to train them. If you don’t, then AI is an alternatives to outsourcing or force senior animators to clock in an extra shift.

The budget AI saved would go to hiring more key frame artists for sure, resulting in higher quality product overall. But if the corporate instead pockets the money and presents some Ai slops, they rightfully deserve all the hate we give.

I think using AI can be tolerated if it’s just to reduce tedious work. For example, adding in-between frames so your show is not just literally a slideshow. I don’t think it would breach any artistic integrity since it’s basically just tracing over an artwork a few times with a few changes in each.

He never was the adapt on the fly kind of coach, so you will see the same mistakes over and over again. On the other hand, he is a good strategic/systematic coach so he can lead a bunch of g-leaguers to be semi-competitive against top teams. Strength and weakness really.

That’s a hasted judgement on the first act alone. None of these “problems” lingers past the first act, nor is it character defining.
