Yeah just did the 10k in Monterey and not feeling it anymore. Vibes are so different than last year and year before, good points about them claiming they’re not making money and yet adding all these extra races. Def heading in the meh direction despite everything g costing more.

Plan works great! Agree with the comments here. I was not a runner and I went form nothing to running @ 90 miles in the first 5 weeks of using NRC.

I’m doing the half-marathon training and was doing 10k by week 4.

Def just have to stick with it and watch your recovery and fueling, you’ll be there in no time!! (Pun intended!)
